Auto Industry Best Practices Memo (May 1)

Emissions Testing to Resume Next Week - Changes Ahead

To reduce the spread of COVID-19, emissions tester will be expanding the use of On Board Diagnostic testing, allowing drivers to remain in their vehicles.

Motor Vehicle Dealer Board's Emergency Rule

This rule governs automobile dealers during the COVID-19 Crisis.  It is effective until August 3rd, or until amended or cancelled by a subsequent Emergency Rule.
